Our commitment to fostering effective synergy of people's actualizing attributes and excellence of integrating, organizational facets and subsystems underline the development of the organization synergy or total organization development framework, the FEDAR™
framework and the unique technology for facilitating people's commitment to transformational change or sustainable high performance, TOP TECH model. The FEDAR™
framework and the TOP TECH model form the bedrock of our approach. It is important that potential partners understand them, and have the professional drive and capacity to adopt and use them. Therefore, a certification process will be part of the partnership terms.
We are highly focused in the areas we have chosen and the solutions we develop. With

We will provide the content, materials and certification program for FEDAR™ framework and TOP-TECH model. We will also provide specific workshop content and materials for the OD Synergy Workshops licensed to our partners. Signing a partnership agreement encompassing goals, expectations, reporting relationships, fees and commissions and product/service development will kick off the partnership.
The following are the key sources of the income we expect from the partnership:
- One off certification fee for using the FEDAR™
framework for High Performance Organization Design, including TOP-TECH for OD Synergy Workshops
- Nominal annual license fee for each OD Synergy Workshop we develop
- Commissions on referrals
