Scorecard, or Team Synergy Scorecard, focuses on team dynamics, team results and team internal
resource drivers critical to effective teamwork building and team synergy. It provides insight on how well teams internally function, how well they are using the resources each member possesses, how well they are using the organizational resources available, and the degree of resourcefulness and creativity displayed to ensure that team results are multiplicative of results deriving from each member's effort or resources acting alone.
